Investors in Kuleli Evleri Made a 400 per cent Profit

The Kuleli Evleri project, built by Yıldırım Yapı in Bomonti, has delighted investors with a 400 per cent return.

Since construction began on the Kuleli Evleri project in 2011, it has delivered a 400 per cent return on investment to its buyers. Those who purchased a flat in the Kuleli Evleri project at 1,800 TL per square metre in 2017 sold their flats in 2017 at 8,000 TL per square metre, realising a 400% profit over six years and securing a profitable investment.

In 2017, it was sold for 8,000 TL per square metre

Yıldırım Yapı Grubu, which has been operating in various sectors such as energy, healthcare, tourism, lighting and construction since 1972, completed the first phase of the Kuleli Evleri Bomonti project—located in Bomonti, Istanbul, with the first two phases now finished—in 2014, and the second phase in the final quarter of 2017. Once again setting a precedent in its field, Yıldırım Yapı Group’s Kuleli Evleri project, which began construction in Bomonti in 2011, ranked first among residential projects in Turkey with a 400% increase over six years. Residents who purchased flats in the Kuleli Evleri project in 2011 at a price of 1,800 TL per square metre were able to achieve a high return on their property by selling their flats in 2017 at 8,000 TL per square metre.

Yıldırım: “Bomonti is a neighbourhood whose value is on the rise”

Kubilay Yıldırım, Deputy Chairman of Yıldırım Construction Group, noting that a project’s location is a key factor in customer preferences, said: “Bomonti has become one of Istanbul’s most important neighbourhoods, with its value rising rapidly in recent years. The fact that the neighbourhood is situated in Şişli, the heart of Istanbul, and is home to hospitals, universities, restaurants, cafés, cinemas, hotels and residential projects has driven its rapid appreciation. In addition to location, we have recently seen from the poor examples of the transformation on Bağdat Street that experience is another key factor in the appreciation of residential projects. The rapidly proliferating, inexperienced ‘apprentice’ contractors have caused significant harm to both the sector and the public. ‘It appears that the many substandard buildings left unfinished in Kadıköy between 2016 and 2017 will result in residents having to remain in rented accommodation for years,’ he stated.

Yıldırım noted that one of the key factors behind the appreciation in value of the Kuleli Evleri Bomonti project is the quality of after-sales service. He highlighted that they take charge of building management for the Kuleli Evleri Bomonti projects for a period of two years following the handover of the buildings, whilst also providing technical support services for five years to rectify any faults that may arise in the flats.
